Professional Bio
My Journey
My journey to health and nutrition was by accident actually. I had never heard about nutrition as a profession. Fortunately, after graduating college with a cartography degree, I went to Paris to study abroad and was immersed in a new culture where healthy eating was abundant.
Around that time, my father was diagnosed with congestive heart failure from years of poorly controlled high blood pressure. He had shortness of breath most time and fatigued really easily.
I became convinced that the S.A.D American diet was the cause of my dad’s failing health. I hope to use my experience to help others discover a healthier way to eat for abundant health.
