Elizabeth enjoys working with people of all ages, as well as couples and families. She identifies her goal as a therapist is to help people reach their maximum potential, establish new perspectives to current or old situations, while enhancing their strengths. She makes it a priority to match the person to the right therapeutic approach that will help them reach their treatment goals the best possible way.
Elizabeth utilizes various therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients achieve balance and wellness. Elizabeth works with children, adults, couples and families and specializes in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety and panic related disorders, grief, depression, self-esteem, trauma and conflict-resolution.
